FIT’N’SANE BOOTCAMP

FIT’N’SANE BOOTCAMP is a strength training focused small group training lead by your personal trainer - Paula (me). This training is designed to help you build muscle, improve technique & overall strength.

FNS BOOTCAMP is ideal for women who want to:

  • Build muscle (in all the right places)

  • Get badass STRONG

  • Improve and understand exercise biomechanics

  • Follow a structured & progressive training program with a guidance of a trainer

  • Train with other highly motivated women

BOOTCAMP training is periodized into 4 week training blocks to ensure adequate progression and adaptation. I will guide you through the sessions and show you not only HOW to do the exercises but WHAT weight to choose and give you individualized tips on how to alter the exercise to work FOR YOU when necessary.

Location: Fit&Sund Dagnæs “Hammer Box”

Time: Mondays - 19:00, Fridays - 17:00

You can join as many sessions as you like, as frequently as you like. This is not a start-to-end program. However, consistency is the key to results. You will see way better improvements by attending frequently.
