Attention to
each person.

We limit the number of company groups so we have time to get to know you and make the training relevant to your team. From the first conversation with Markus to coaching with Paula, each person should feel seen.

Good to know

The practical
questions.

Do we need to be fit already?

Your team does not need to share the same experience. Paula adapts exercises to different starting points. Discuss relevant needs with us before the programme starts.

Where does training take place?

At your workplace or another agreed location. We discuss space, equipment and practical requirements before confirming the booking.

How often do we train?

We agree a frequency that suits your team, subject to availability. You can also book a one-off Health Day.

How long is the commitment?

Ongoing training programmes have an initial six-month commitment. One-off Health Days are booked separately, with no six-month commitment. Dates, holidays and agreement terms are confirmed before booking.

What does it cost, and how many can join?

Markus discusses your expected participant count with Paula and provides a specific proposal. Price, capacity and session length are confirmed before you sign up.

What do four available places mean?

We have room for four new ongoing company groups. We limit the number so there is time for each team and each participant. Health Days are booked separately, subject to availability.
